The movers were very professional and friendly. They were efficient, yet took great care of our things. They were personable and finished the job in a shorter time frame than projected (score!!!).
I was also impressed with your generosity to give us moving boxes, tape and packing paper. This made all the difference for us in prepping for the move and unpacking after the move. Without this provision, the move would have been a lot more cumbersome and expensive. In addition, seeking out boxes would have taken up more time and money.
I felt confident in your and Bisson’s ability to take care of us, our things and the business equipment—my expectation was exceeded! We had in-laws down for the day and they were also impressed with how the movers maneuvered difficult items such as the piano, washer & dryer.

Over the past three months, I have worked with Bisson Moving & Storage on four separate occasions. First, to move me and my husband out of my house and in to our new home at an inn on State Street in Portland. Then, to remove the old items from the inn to be either stored or taken to a furniture donation center. Next, to help remove some excess clutter that remained from the renovation and finally to move items back into the house upon completion of the renovation.
In each of these situations, the Bisson team that I worked with went above and beyond. They provided excellent service with regards to the moving itself, but also excellent customer service when dealing with myself, my husband and the myriad other people working at the inn. The movers were fantastic as were the administrative staff at Bisson who remained in regular communication to ensure timely service. The movers were quick, organized, efficient and worth every penny.

Aaron H., our assigned Bisson Moving & Storage driver was professional, courteous, easy to do business with, and made the entire moving experience a thorough, smooth, and stress-free experience. Fortunately for everyone involved, mother nature cooperated which was a true blessing.
Our move from the Atlanta area to Saco, ME was the fifth (5th) time in my professional career that I have moved for job/career advancement reasons. And, as it turns out, the move by Bisson was the biggest move from both a distance and contents perspective, and it was also the smoothest I have experienced. All of our household items arrived in perfect condition. I am especially thankful for this, since we had many high value, collectible, antiques, one of a kind items, custom furniture, and gallery quality artwork.
All told, an excellent experience from start to finish.
I want to take a moment to thank you, Eric, Scott and all the other Bisson Moving crew members for making our recent move go smoothly.
Our company had been in our previous Auburn location for many years and we’d accumulated a large quantity of office furnishings including file cabinets, desk, chairs, shelves, etc. during that time. Many of these furnishings were too old or worn out to be of any use at our new Lewiston location.
Consequently, our job was multi-phase and involved Bisson moving items we were retaining including our IT equipment, files and some pieces of furniture to our new location in Lewiston; moving other furniture to another location we have in New Gloucester; and then cleaning out the remaining old furniture (after donating as much as we could to several non-profits) from our previous location before we handed over the keys to the landlord.
Every phase was handled smoothly and on schedule. Whenever I had a question, your crew was extremely helpful. They were very attentive in making sure everything ended up where it needed to be. One of our managers commented that the Bisson moving crew was in and out quietly and was very helpful in arranging furniture and files for us.
