In 1919 Lucien Bisson started the company with a horse named “Dan” and a flatbed wagon called a “jigger”.
In 1923 he bought his first gas-powered truck, a 1919 GMC, hand-crank and all! Over the years Bisson has grown to around 150 employees, a fleet of 100 trucks and services the moving requirements of families and businesses across the US from headquarters in Maine.
